Counselling can be scary at first, that is why it is so important that you find the right counsellor for you. The counsellor who will not judge or criticise you for being who you are. I have a wealth of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures who present a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, different types of addiction, codependency, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, religious beliefs, LGBTQ+ related issues, and coping with life changes.
